Day 164 of 365 "Survivor"

Meet Rayanne from Laguna Beach, CA.

The one word that best describes Rayanne's life today is "Survivor."  The reason Rayanne chose this word is because she has faced many challenges in her life and has persevered and overcame them to become more than a conqueror.

If Rayanne could change one thing in the world, she would "Like to see a resurgence of personal responsibility.  She would define the joy that can be gained from personal pride and global gratitude."  The way Rayanne would go about making this change is to continue sharing the greatness that comes from being personally responsible.

One year from today, Rayanne would like for the final chapter of her book to be outlined.  The book will be about "Using business tactics to survive personal crisis."

If Rayanne's life were a movie, it would be about getting to a place in her life where she has been able to let go.  The title of her move would be called "She Dances On The Sand."

I met Rayanne for coffee this morning at Heidelberg Cafe. 

I learned about Rayanne after researching the One Laguna website and their new "live, online radio podcast" called KX@OneLaguna.  Rayanne hosts a business talk show called "Bonus Track Radio" and after reading her extensive bio, I knew I had to meet her!

Rayanne has a plethora of business experience ranging from social media marketing, recruiting, blogging, strategic partnerships and strategic planning just to name a few.  She is the Vice President of Product Marketing and Strategy for global HR Technology company Technomedia, based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

There is an ever increasing number of influential women that are making a significant difference in the world.  One of which is Arianna Huffington who is best known for The Huffington Post.  Rayanne is blazing new trails and is a woman making a difference in many facets of her life, she has even had her work published in The Huffington Post.

Rayanne and I had a lot in common and shared similar views on technology, creativity, significance and legacy.  Our conversation was engaging and encouraging.  I felt as if we could have continued exchanging our thoughts and idea's for hours, apparently Rayanne thought the same and has invited me to be her guest next week on her "Bonus Track Radio Show."  If your interested in listening in our conversation, you can tune in on Wednesday June 18th at 3pm PST at KX@OneLaguna.

Rayanna shared so many nuggets of wisdom with me today and I walked away encouraged and inspired. This is week 24 of my 52 week journey of meeting one new person a day and I can honestly say, this week has been one of the most rewarding and fulfilling week because of the people I've had the privilege of meeting and hearing their stories and sharing them with our community.
