Day 174 of 365 "Making Music"

Meet Allan from Laguna Beach, CA.  Allan is the Chairman of Firebrand Media.

The one word that best describes Firebrand Media is "Eclectic."

The experience Firebrand Media creates for their clients and customers is quality and a feeling of togetherness.  Allan places a high value on customer service and treating people well, while serving them and understanding their needs.

The one thing Allan loves most about Firebrand Media is the bright young leaders he is surrounded himself with.  His proudest moments are when his team grows individually and together.

One year from today, Allan would like to see Firebrand Media self sufficient.

If Firebrand Media were a movie, it would be about working harmoniously together as a team and making beautiful music.  The title of the movie would be called "Making Music."

I met Allan in his loft style office on Broadway.  I'm a huge fan of Firebrand Media and I've set out to meet the leaders of this very innovative and creative organization to glean insights and learn from their experiences.

Allan's vision for One Laguna resonates with my heart and passion to help businesses share their stories creatively, in high definition and in a centralized location.  There are so many amazing businesses located off the beaten path who could benefit from their stories being showcased at the main hub of One Laguna in the heart of Laguna Beach.

After meeting Allan for the first time, I learned that he is a decentralized leader who empowers and equips his team to do the work necessary to achieve collective results.  Allan is passionate about seeing people grow.  Many people I've talked to have said about Allan that he is a visionary leader who looks for the best in others.

Allan is recognized as one of the top 30 most influential people in Laguna Beach.  Allan is originally from the Bronx, New York and has interviewed fellow New Yorker Donald Trump. The two discussed timely business topics relevant to Orange County residents.

My time with Allan was short and sweet but I walked away with a deeper commitment to better understand how I can play a small part in sharing the vision of One Laguna with every person I meet.
