Meet Josef originally from Hungary, now living in Newport Beach.
The one word that best describes Josef's life today is "Big." He chose this word because he believes life is amazing! If Josef could change one thing in the world today, he would "Want to touch one more soul each and everyday." The way he would go about making this change is to help people right where they are in their lives. One year from today, Josef would like for his real estate group to grow from 4 to 10 while coaching and mentoring them in their life and business. If Josef's life were a movie, it would be about living life to the fullest and the title would be called "Relentless." Meeting Josef today was the most serendipitous encounters of my Vizual Living 365 journey! I've been learning life is like a series of intersections where your paths cross with the right person at the right time. There have been so many of these experiences and they are priceless! Just a few hours earlier before meeting Josef, I was lying in an ER bed with an IV hooked up to my veins wondering if today was going to be the first day not meeting my one person. I wasn't about to let this happen so I pleaded with my nurse who stuck the needle in my arm to be my one person but, she rejected me saying "I'm too shy." I've never been a person who takes NO for an answer so when my doctor came in to check on me, I asked him and he said no because he is a private person and is not even on Facebook. Wow, that was two no's in a matter of a couple hours. Up until today, I have only heard no five times out of 202 days of meeting one new person a day. Little did Josef know the role he was going to play in this crazy day! As I was back home resting after spending 4 hours in the ER, I heard our dog Rocco barking and a knock on our door. There stood Josef with a stack of papers in his hand asking about our real estate needs. Josef was in the neighborhood knocking on doors introducing himself and trying to earn business. The days of door to door salesmen are long gone but I surely appreciated Josef's warm and friendly personality as we continued our conversation for quite a while. As Josef and I were talking on my front porch, my bride Kimberly was in the other room listening to our conversation and sent our daughter Taylor to the door with my camera when she said, "Josef should be your one person today." I shared with Josef what had happened earlier this morning and he kindly and enthusiastically said "I would love to be your one person for today!" Not only did Josef take the time to answer my four questions, he proudly shared stories of his amazing son "Jordan" who is well liked and loved by his teachers and classmates. I could write much more about Josef but I feel like I've already gone beyond my two to three paragraphs that I write about the incredible people I've met. If you are looking to either buy or sell your home, you MUST call Josef at 949.981.3310. Or, if you want to read more about Josef, you can read his bio on his company website Teles Properties. Josef made a change in our world today by touching our soul, thank you Josef for showing up on our doorstep!
