Day 281 of 365 "Recharging My Spirit"

Meet Joseph from Ethiopia.

The one word that best describes Joseph's life today is "Amazing."

If Joseph could change one thing in the world, he would "Want people to be more aware of their spiritual being."  The way he would go about making this change is to make himself aware of his own spiritual being.

One year from today, Joseph would like for his patent to be approved and to raise funds to launch his product.

If Joseph's life were a movie, it would be about leaving his homeland of Ethiopia with his family and moving to America for a better life and to pursue their dreams.  The title of his movie would be called "Recharging My Spirit."

I met Joseph as I was walking along the beach at sunset.  When I first saw Joseph, he was standing at the waters edge with his headphones on and a big smile on his face. 

On my way back home, I saw Joseph taking a selfie and asked if I could take a picture of him and he agreed to answer my questions.  We talked about why he left Ethiopia and he shared with me it was because of the war and it was unsafe for his family.

His patent pending is for an innovative product that sounds like it could be something very big!  I'm hoping that he will be able to get his product to the market and become an American success story. 

Joseph's infectious smile and positive attitude was contagious.  I could have spent hours talking with him about his war torn country and coming to America to pursue his dreams.  His spirit was fully charged and he was leaking joy and happiness!
