Day 325 of 365 "The Process of Change"

Meet Kyle from Anaheim Hills, CA.

The one word that best describes Kyle's life today is "Adventure."  The reason why Kyle chose this word is because he believes that when you put yourself out on a limb to test your faith and live on purpose, it's an adventure!

If Kyle could change one thing in the world, he would "Change the standards for leaving a legacy and how people value one another."  The way he would go about making this change is to build long lasting authentic relationships.

One year from today, Kyle would like to launch a lifestyle clothing line called "JYS" (Just Your Standard.)

If Kyle's life were a movie, it would be about creating a new world where everything revolves around people and relationships.  The storyline is about Kyle leading by example and getting others to engage in authentic relationships.  The title of the movie would be called "The Process of Change."

I met Kyle as he was drying off after catching his last wave at sunset.  Kyle was the last person in the water and was kind enough to stick around for awhile and answer my questions.

We talked about the power of relationships and how we have much more in common with each other than most people realize or want to admit.  Kyle is a sharp young man who sells office supplies.  He shared with me how he has to overcome objections on a daily basis and he learns from every objection.

Our conversation was intriguing and insightful.  I know I say this often, but I continue to be amazed at how many interesting people are open and willing to share their story.  I've also heard from many people that they are inspired by the concept of meeting one new person a day and they are going to give it a try.

Kyle is a person who is naturally meeting new people every day and it shows by his relational intelligence (RQ).  We can all learn something from Kyle's innate ability to connect with people.  Thanks Kyle for the cool connection.
