Day 53 of 365 "Deep and Wide"

Meet Eric and Brenda from Laguna Beach, CA.

The one word that best describes Eric's life today is "Relaxing."
The one word that best describes Brenda's life today is "Peaceful."

If Eric could change one thing in the world, he would "Pay forward goodness and kindness."  The way he would make this change is to slow down and pay attention to what people are asking for.  A perfect example is Eric slowing down his SUP today and and sharing his story with me.

If Brenda could change one thing in the world, she would "Put an end to childhood obesity." The way she would  do this would be to motivate Kids to exercise.

One year from today, Eric would like to be "Living life to the fullest."  The way he will achieve this is to take the time to do the things he loves to do.
One year from today, Brenda would like to grow deeper in her relationships.  The way she will achieve this is to spend more time with family and friends.
 
If Eric and Brenda's life were a movie, it would be about "Enjoying life, Enjoying family and friends and Giving away what was given to them."

I met Eric and Brenda this afternoon at Shaw's Cove while paddling alongside them.  They had huge smiles on their faces and like me, they were soaking in the beauty of the day.

Eric and Brenda have been stand up paddle boarding for just over one year and are loving it!
