Day 66 of 365 "The Distance"

Meet Greg and Nicole from Lake Forest, CA.

The one word that best describes Greg's life today is "Relaxed."
The one word that best describes Nicole's life today is "Tranquil."

If Greg could change one thing in the world he would "Want people to be more optimistic."  The way he will make this change is to live a positive life while encouraging others to do the same.
If Nicole could change one thing in the world she would "Help girls to be happy with how they look and have the self confidence to accept themselves just the way they are."  The way she would go about making this change is to give away compliments often.

One year from today, Greg would like to have graduated from Rice University and have made a decision about the medical school he will be attending.
One year from today, Nicole would like to have traveled to London.

If Greg and Nicole's life were a movie, it would be about their long distance relationship and the creative ways they kept their romance alive.  The title of their movie would be "Above and Beyond the Distance" and the subtitle would be "It's only as hard as you make it out to be."

I met Greg and Nicole while they were sitting on the rocks enjoying each others company while watching the sunset.

I learned a lot about Greg and Nicole.  They went to high school together and then off to different colleges while nurturing a long distance relationship.  Greg is very good about thinking outside the box to keep their relationship fresh and alive.  Nicole said Greg is one of the most positive people you will ever meet.  My first impression of Greg, he was exuding positivity!

Nicole was bitten by the travel bug when she traveled to Spain and Africa last year.  She is looking forward to her trip to London during winter break. 

They shared with me that their long distance relationship will be an example for others to learn how to make it work from a far.  I believe they have a bright future ahead of them...together forever.
