Day 89 of 365 "Taking Chances"

Meet Joshua from Rowland Heights, CA.
Meet Irena from China, now living in Tustin, CA.

The one word that best describes Joshua's life today is "Chill."
The one word that best describes Irena's life today is "Peaceful."

If Joshua could change one thing in the world he would, "bring awareness to public safety and the effect it has on global warming."  The way he will go about making this change is to engage people in conversations about this issue.
If Irena could change one thing in the world she would, "End hatred among countries beginning with China no longer hating Japan."  The way she would go about making this change would be to start cultural exchange programs.

One year from today, Joshua would like to have quit his day job and be working his company full time.  His company is LED Lights by Design.
One year from today, Irena would like to be teaching English to Chines American students.

If Joshua's life were a movie it would be about the risks and mistakes he has made as a business owner and the title would be called "Taking Chances."
If Irena's life were a movie it would be about overcoming barriers after moving to a new country.  The title of her movie would be called "Without Barriers."

We met Joshua and Irena at sunset while they were trying to take pictures of themselves.  Kimberly offered to take their picture and struck up a conversation.  Irena has been living in America for two years and her English is excellent!
