Day 9 of 365 "Everything But Nothing"

Meet a couple of German travelers who are off the grid and asked to remain anonymous.  We'll call them Taz and Leah.

Taz's word that best describes his day is "Confidential."

Leah's word that best describes her days is "hmmmmmm..." Not necessarily a word but I wasn't going to argue with her.

Both Taz and Leah said if they could change one thing in the world "they would eradicate greed!"  Their plan to make this change would be to create a democratic process whereby everyone is equal socially and economically.

One year from today Taz would like to have a job.

One year from today Leah would like to have a new place to live.

I asked them, "if their life was a movie, what would the title be?" and Taz said "Live the Life you Love, Love the Life you Live."

Kimberly and I were sitting on the boardwalk as the German backpackers walked by with their long dreadlocks and we knew we had to meet them.  At first, they were very skeptical about answering any questions and having their picture taken but after a few minutes they realized we were harmless. By all appearances, we couldn't be more different.  It just goes to show you, "don't judge a book by it's cover."

Today was pretty cool because we were not looking to meet anyone at lunchtime but it's becoming so natural to engage in conversation with perfect strangers and find common ground and establish enough trust to ask a few questions. 

As of today, we have not been turned down.  Everyone we have met, has agreed to answer our questions, having their picture taken and allowing us to share their story on social media.
